Sarah felt the pressure from all angles: her friends, her parents, her deadlines and especially herself.
Everyone wanted something from her now. Everyone hoped for big things from her later.
She walked through her day wondering if she would ever be good enough… until it all became too much.

Jennifer was living her own version of the movie, Groundhog Day.

Hi, I’m Melissa. I opened Inner Light Therapy to offer a space for women and girls to find clarity and support.
At Inner Light, we want to get to know people and their stories.
As a mom, spouse, daughter, and woman, I have many stories, and I understand how many complicated challenges life can throw at you.
With so many things vying for our attention and demanding that we make decisions, life’s complications overwhelm most of us at some point. Our inner light gets overshadowed, and it becomes hard to keep moving forward.
In those times, we help people remember who they are and figure out what they need. From that clarity, we help our clients redefine the life they want and then take action to get there.

Sarah – Teen Triumphs
