“What lies behind us and what lies before us are
tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
— RALPH WALDO EMERSON
The challenges life throws us are not always simple to manage.
Parenting, experiencing major life transitions, grief, work and academic pressures, and relationship difficulties. These challenges create confusion and vulnerability for all of us. We feel sick to our stomachs, we worry, we lose sleep and motivation and we lack focus. We become irritable and argue with our loved ones, and we cry.
Life can be exhausting.
At Inner Light Therapy, our mission is to provide support— a place without judgment, where you can find relief and feel empowered to make changes.
We work with tweens, teens and adults dealing with different challenges that include anxiety, depression, emotion deregulation, guilt and shame.
Whether you are a mom struggling to balance life, a student struggling with the academic and social demands of school or someone who is experiencing a lack of communication in your relationships, we can provide clarity and skills that will help you get back on track.
You deserve to have strong connections with others, to have peace of mind, to have more energy, to feel worthy and be happy. You deserve to live a fulfilling life, and we are here to help.
